ABSTRACT

I was troubled, downtrodden by so many things getting out of control at once. The pack my father handed me didn't truly believe in my skills, and neither did he, if I was being honest. Ten years after the death of my mother, he remarried his Fated Mate. I expected her to be a bitch, but she proved me wrong so many times. Then, just as I hit my lowest point, just as I was reaching the absolute limit of what I could handle, Fate granted me a new lease on life. It came in the form of a supposedly meek girl, but she was the Mate I had waited years for.
